During the AMD’s Analyst day at the company’s headquarter in Sunnyvale, CA, it’s reported by uberpulse of a demo PC with a 3GHz Phenom desktop quad core, AMD’s next generation chipset, and Trifire, a 3 graphic cards configuration with ATI’s Crossfire.
“The product is stable at 3GHz […] If the desktop version ships in Q4, you can expect the server version to ship sometimes in the future”, confirmed Henri Richard, AMD’s chief marketing and sales.
