The new slim PSP version from Sony has passed the FCC inspection. It looks like the new model, which Sony is calling the PSP-2001. No big surprises in the filing, although it looks like this new PSP will only be able to output game video via component, while UMD and Memory Stick movies get composite output as well.
The new PSP is available in September.
