Aliph’s Jawbone Bluetooth Headset

The Aliph Jawbone is a futuristic looking Bluetooth headset that uses a built-in transducer that uses your actual jawbone. What this does is allows a unique way to for noise cancellation: If your jaw isn’t moving, sound is not picked up by the mic. Its the first adaptive bluetooth headset for use with mobile phones, employs revolutiionary Noise Shield technology originally developed for the US military to virtually eliminate background noise.

According to the-gadgeteer, you don’t need an ear hook on the Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset if it looks unsightly as you can change ear pads to see which ones fits into your ear. It did not fair well during the wind test near the aircon but it manages to block out a lot of noise like the car audio during car trips. This headset goes for $120 which would be a tad expensive for some people.
