Lenovo has launched its middle-end configuration notebook in US market, Lenovo L3000-Y410. This 14.1-inch LCD notebook is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 1.66GHz processor with 667MHz Front Bus, an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, a 2GB of main memory (upgradeable up to 4GB), a 160GB of hard drive, a DVD burner, Intel Pro/Wireless 3945abg WiFi, an Ethernet LAN, and a built-in 56k modem. Furthermore, Lenovo’s L3000-Y410 notebook also offers a 1280×800 WXGA display with glossy finish, along with an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera which support VeriFace face recognition software.
Other features include two integrated speakers and sub-woofer, Dolby Home Theater technology, Audio DJ mode that allows instant CD playback without having to boot into the OS, 3 x USB ports, ExpressCard slot, a 6-in-1 media card reader, FireWire port, VGA, and S-Video outputs, and running on Windows Vista Home Premium OS. It weighs 5.2 pounds with 6 cells battery, which power up to 4 hours continuous use.
