Asus U6 is the new 12-inch ultraportable notebook from Asus that comes with great features. It is based on Intel Santa Rosa platform, with features suchs as Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 8400 graphics card, dual layer DVD burner, HDMI. There are also fingerprint reader, SmartLogon face recognition technology, built-in webcam + microphone, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, LED backlight, 8-in-1 media card reader, and Bluetooth connection. It runs on Windows Vista and comes with a few ASUS exclusive softwares.

Available in brown (coded U6S) and white (coded U6E) colors with starting price of $1,749.
