Intel have released her latest low power CPU named “Atom” and they have proudly announcement that “Atom” is giving better results than any other low powered computer but they were wrong. Toms Hardware make some tests and they find out something socking AMDs much older processor the Athlon 64 2000+ using less power than the “Atom” and still giving better results but the problem is AMD Athlon 64 2000+ is designed for desktop computers and not for laptops or netbooks.

I wonder what AMD can release if they will enter to low power computer market. This we will know only in November when AMD will announce some news about this market.
