The Gadget: Logitech MX 1100 cordless laser mouse. This is a combination of the old MX 1000 ( which is been used for years now by all of us) and a slightly newer version MX Revolution. This mouse is completly wireless, which is a great feature for most of us and also is contoured on the bottom for extra comfort to our hands. There is also an On – Board DPI toggle for the ability and sensitivity to switch between regular scrolling and super fast scrolling. Which is not there in many of our old mouses.

Our Review: We found the the most favorite part of the part is the exterior , This is totally molded to fit our hands with very cozy grooves for the thumb specially. Like the older version MX Revolution which was  missing the fast scroll feature button has found it was here in the new MX 1100 which has the normal scrolling which is found on our normal mouse and had an extra feature of Super fast scrolling which goes through 10,000 line in Excel in just seven seconds that is a great feature of this mouse.

The exterior of this DPI toggle can automatically adjust to sensitivitly on the fly without opening up the control application and the body of the thumb button is good for whatever function you assign to this mouse. The forward and back thumb buttons are still there , and still need a nice and soft touch to give a good and right feeling to the finger. The click have just the perfect amount of feedback to make our feeling solid and balanced out, quiet satisfying. It also solves the problem of the hardness of the middle scroll button wheel which shifts sidewards to give side scrolling. This is a total new feature in the world of mouse the side scrolling feature.

The price of this mouse in the market is been placed as 80$ by the company but we feel this is a bit over priced for a mouse but the feature given by this mouse is just out of the world. As this mouse is conserned this is not that very costly compared to the 99$ of MX Revolution mouse. And this is a advanced version of that mouse. This mouse need 2 AA battery to run it and we feel Logitech need to work on a better source of power to these mouse like when we are not using it recharges if kept near the computer or some external source of recharge as 2 AA battery hardly last 1 month and then we need to rush to a nearby market for a battery.  And we are happy to see they have come up with a better mouse after many years.
