LG SH240

The otherwise run-of-the-mill LG SH240 GSM HSDPA phone comes with a silicon (or maybe silicone?) coating on its front, including keypad and d-pad, in order to give the user the feeling of touching skin, rather than cold, unfeeling rubber. And then, to drive the point home, LG hired hot models and told them to touch each other. Nice going, LG. There’s a second even more “explanatory” pic of the Korea-only phone (and models) below.

Samsung SGH-F700 HSDPA Phone

Samsung announces the release of the Samsung SGH-F700 through Vodafone. It can deliver a speed of 3.6Mbps by using Vodafone’s 3G broadband (HSDPA), it features a 3.2-inch TFT LCD display with 260k colors. Of course what phone can be complete without a camera? It has 3MP autofocus camera, full QWERTY keypad for easy text messaging.

LG-SH150 S-DMB HSDPA Phone

LG electronics has recently launched its HSDPA phone and multi-channel S-DMB device, the LG-SH150. It is a slide phone with touch keypad, in addition it also has WCDMA, bluetooth, mobile banking, multitasking, e-dictionary, subway maps and portable disk. The phone has not been released but once it is available, expect the price to be around 500,000 (KRW)/$567 (CAD).
